Yup, another great photo outing with the NWGs! We came across this limpkin while hiking. Surprisingly, he hung around for a quite a while and let us get fairly close. He was “talking” the entire time. It was a cool experience.
My settings were ISO 200, f/8.0, 1/200 sec at 300mm. Applied some cropping and Topaz Adjust 5 Pop Photo filter just on the bird.

Adorable shot within the grass!! Love it!! It was so cool to spend time with this limpkin so close to us! All the NWG’s together on a tiny “island” completely silent with one bird that wouldn’t shut up! 😄
